Office Administrator/Accounting Assistant

Office Administrator/Accounting Assistant Beltech is an Engineering Consulting and Maintenance business focused on Air Pollution Control Technologies. We are seeking the right candidate to fill a part-time position as an Office Administrator/Accounting Assistant. As an experienced Office Administrator, you will strengthen the service to our clients and assist Beltech’s continued growth.

The position will require you to have a high attention to detail and be well organized, with a proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Quickbooks. The position will entail the processing of,

  • New Project Files
  • Payables and Receivables
  • Invoicing
  • Payroll, and
  • Safety documentation with Customers and Subcontractors
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills within the office and with customers
  • 2 years experience as an Office Administrator
  • Completion of post secondary certificate or diploma in business administration, office administration or similar would be an asset
Job Type: Part-time (1-2 days per week)

Compensation: $22.00/hour
